HOW QUICKLY CAN YOU ANSWER MY QUESTION?

We answer messages and emails in the order they are received and we try to respond as promptly as possible. When there is a large number of emails, we do our best to answer within 2-3 business days.


Our office is open on Monday-Friday 10 AM-4:30 PM.

We are closed on weekends and holidays observed in India, so questions submitted after our office hours are replied back on the following 1-3 business days. 

 

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?

Once an order is placed, our warehouse staff can pack and ship your order within 24 hours, so it's not always possible to process address change requests. If you notice an error, please email us ASAP with your name and order # so we can try to make a correction(s) to your package before it departs. There's no guarantee we can make it, especially once it leaves our warehouse, but we'll do everything we can!

 

HOW LONG IS THE PROCESSING PERIOD?

Order processing times are between 1~3 business days after the day you placed your order. Most packages are prepared within 24 hours, but if our warehouse is exceptionally backed up processing times may go up to 3 business days following the day you placed your order.

 

GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION:

Our warehouse processes and ships out all orders Mondays - Fridays (excluding major holidays). After placing your order, your package should be shipped out within 1~2 business days after your order is placed, and you will receive an email with the tracking number soon after. 

All Orders Will Be Booked Via  Inland Speed Post Services or Professional courier service Based On Service Availability. No Order Cancellation Shall Be Accepted After The Dispatch Of Shipment. 

Courier partners usually deliver within 3-6 working days to tier 1 cities but sometimes may take up to 7 working days to tier 2 areas. This does not include weekends or holidays.

India Post Priority service usually delivers within 4-5 working days to tier 1 cities but sometimes may take up to 7 working days to tier 2 and up to 10 days to tier 3 areas. This does not include weekends or holidays.

 

WILL MY ORDER COME IN ONE PACKAGE?

Depending on the size of your order you may receive separate packages that may possibly arrive 1~2 business days apart.

 

What is Your policy on lost or delayed packages?


Please make sure to double-check the shipping addresses to ensure the delivery. If an item is returned to us due to incorrect shipping information, we will notify our customer know it is been returned by the post office, and automatically give a customer a refund for the purchase; however, the shipping and handling charge is non-refundable.

We do not guarantee the delivery time; the delivery issue is upon the shipping service provider.

We will try our best to ship out the purchased item within 1 or 3 Business days.

Our office is closed on weekends and holidays. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. 

I keep getting an error message when I'm trying to complete my order, what should I do?

You are receiving an error message most likely because we were unable to process your order due to a credit card transaction error.

Please check the following before you place your order again:
1. Your billing address (Please confirm this with your credit card company) 2. CVC code (This is the 3-digit number on the back of your credit card.)
3. Account holder's name

*For our international customers only: Please check with your credit card company and confirm that international transaction is allowed.
